This is a mixed media painting. It hase subtle teal as an undercoat and is covered in blues and tan. The tan "zip" across the blue gives a sense of speed. The painting continues on to the edges so there is not need for a frame. It can be framed if you prefer, but it comes ready to hang without a frame.
